Logitech G300 features a compact shape with three on-board profiles and delivers 1 millisecond report rate and comes with 2500-DPI optical sensor which is able to track slow or fast movements on a wide variety of surfaces. The G300 has nine programmable buttons (scroll wheel button included), each of which you can assign your own customizable keyboard macros or drag-and-drop pre-programmed commands through the SetPoint 6.30 software.
The profiles are configured with MMO, FPS, and productivity settings. The area near the thumb glow red, blue and green depending on the settings selected. The G300's on-board memory supports up to three game or player profiles. The G300 supports only Windows 7, Vista, and XP operating systems in its downloadable configuration software.
The mouse is USB connected and has a dimensions of 112x73x35mm, weighs 85g without cable and 111g with it.The G300 will be available from September in U.S and Europe for $39.99.
